Questo grandissimo e molto noto artista russo, nacque a Kungur regione degli Urali nel 1922 e morì a Sverdlovsk nel 1980; figlio del decantato grande pittore " German Melentiev Aleksandrovitsch (1888-1967)", fu seguace ed alunno prediletto di due maestri padri della pittura sovietica della fine del 1800: Feshin Nikolai Ivanovitsch (1885-1955) e Kokovskj V.A. (1881-1943); sotto la guida di questi due magnifici artisti formò la sua cultura pittorica presso l'Istituto d'Arte V.I.SURIKOV di Mosca.
This large and well-known Russian artist, was born in Kungur region of the Urals in 1922 and died in Sverdlovsk in 1980; son of the great painter vaunted "German Melentiev Aleksandrovitsch (1888-1967)", was a follower and favorite pupil of two masters fathers of Soviet painting in 1800: Nikolai Feshin Ivanovitsch (1885-1955) and Kokovskj VA (1881-1943); under the leadership of these two magnificent artists formed his pictorial culture at the Art Institute VISURIKOV Moscow.
Impressionist painter pure performed almost exclusively easel painting with spatula, turning to the villages and towns that most attracted him and taking up places and the daily life of his people thus respecting in full as required the Soviet regime that, shortly before his death, awarded him the medal of the great artist of the Soviet Union and favored the entry on the board of the masters of art Soviets; Artist superlative for snapshots also interior, Oleg Melentjev, made art exhibitions all over the Soviet territory, and today his most important works are exhibited in art museums in the territory of the Urals and in many foreign collections both public private, in Italy, in France and Germany, for Europe, as well as in the United States of America, Latin America, Canada, Australia and Japan.
